Projects Manager - KSA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review architectural drawings and specifications.
- Involve pre agreement and takeover complete ownership of the Project.
- Prepare complete and Technical submittals for the customers/consultant approval in accordance with ASSA ABLOY offer.
- Assist in areas of hardware compatibility with each product line within Specialty & Integrated Solutions.
- Handle all technical inquiries, and attend site meetings.
- Complete contractual Correspondence and Communicate with customers on regular update/conflict/variations bases.
- To protect ASSA ABLOY Planned Margin and work hard to improve it.
- Interpret hardware templates, review orders, and prepare detailed drawings for manufacturing.
- Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws, policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.
- Meet project KPIs and agreed timeline.
- Maintain high quality control and ensure HSE site compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering degree holder or extensive experience in construction, building or civil/structural
- 10year experience in the same field/products
- Knowledgeable on AUTOCAD, Primavera software, MS Projects
- High level of computer skills
