    The project:

    This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

    You will have the opportunity to get access to and compile information for a of 'one a kind' giga project (part of Vision2030) preparing it for the presentation to the Chiefs, President and CEO of the client company. Enabling them to make key data driven decisions timely.

    • You'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing program reporting process including requirements, cadence, and formats.
  • Developing and implementing standard procedures for reporting aspects of the program.
  • Managing quality assurance/control process for the reporting information.
  • Ensure quality control of reports for distribution.
  • Managing the performance of direct reports in reporting team.
  • Attending monthly meetings with PMCs.
  • Stakeholder management to support alignment.
  • Coordinating the reporting process with other functional leads.
  • Managing the production and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Developing requirements for Power BI dashboards and working with the technical team to ensure the dashboards are delivered to requirements.
  • Managing the ongoing continuous enhancement of reporting, identifying opportunities for process and systems improvements.
  • Organising and facilitating governance meetings.

    • You'll need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

    • You'll also have:

  • Arabic language knowledge is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the relevant sector.
  • Good understanding of SharePoint, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
  • Developing commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
