The Finance Manager in areal estate setting is a pivotal role responsible for overseeingthe financial operations and strategy within the organization. Thisindividual will manage financial planning budgeting analysis andreporting specific to real estate investments development projectsand property management. The role requires a deep understanding ofreal estate markets property valuation and financial modeling tosupport decisionmaking optimize asset performance and drive growth.The Finance Manager will work closely with the senior managementteam providing insights and recommendations to enhance financialperformance and strategic positioning in the real estatesector.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Leadfinancial planning and analysis efforts focusing on real estateinvestments developments and operationalactivities.
• Develop financial strategies thatalign with the companys real estate portfolio goals optimizingperformance and growth.
• Prepare and managebudgets for real estate projects including acquisitionsdevelopments and property improvements.
• Conductfinancial forecasting for properties considering market trendsoccupancy rates rental income and operatingexpenses.
• Perform detailed financial analysison real estate investments including cash flow analysisprofitability analysis and return on investment (ROI)evaluations.
• Implement strategies to optimizecash flow and enhance financial flexibility across the real estateportfolio.
• Evaluate new investmentopportunities conducting due diligence and financial modeling toassess potential returns and risks.
• Ensurecompliance with financial regulations and standards specific to thereal estate industry.
• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including development property management andmarketing to achieve financial and operationalobjectives.

KeyRequirements:

• Mastersdegree in accounting finance.
• Professionalcertifications (e.g. CFA CPA) are highlydesirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of financialmanagement experience with specific expertise in real estatefinance.
• Strong understanding of real estatemarkets financial modeling and investment analysistechniques.
• Proficient in financial ERPsoftware and advanced Excel skills.
• Experiencewith real estate management software is aplus.
