On behalf of our client, we are looking for anOperations Consultant
Job Summary:
Operations consultants contribute their expertise to business optimization initiatives across various industries.
They consult with clients to evaluate business operations, assess the utilization of resources, and develop and implement improvement strategies in line with business objectives.
Job responsibilities:
- Determining the scope of operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation.
- Developing operational improvement strategies.
- Recommending costeffective solutions to operational challenges.
- Restructuring departments and defining employee roles.
- Facilitating training initiatives and promoting best practices.
- Overseeing the implementation of operational improvement strategies.
- Performing cost calculations and coordinating budgets.
- Collaborating across departments to set realistic operational targets and time frames.
- Documenting processes, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports.
- Integrating new technologies and promoting adherence to industry standards.
Job qualification:
- 25 years of experience in a similar role
- Overseeing the implementation of operational improvement strategies.
- Performing cost calculations and coordinating budgets.
- Working on all the branch's functions to determine its needs
- Collaborating across departments to set realistic operational targets and time frames.
- Documenting processes, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports.
- Integrating new technologies and promoting adherence to industry standards.
- Sense of service and responsibility.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- The ability to negotiate
