We are looking for ahome manager to join a luxurious residential care provider, tocontinue to maintain and strive to improve the home to anOustanding rating.

The main thing we need isa passionate people-focused manager who can run a successful homeoperationally and commercially and who can demonstrate theirexperience in achieving positive CQC inspections.

About you:

• With good communicationskills, you will be able to positively liaise with all stakeholdersand build good links in the local community, ensuring a positivereputation is maintained.

TheReward:

• £50,000-£55,000 base salary + Bonus
