    SpecificProjectRequirements:

    TheSQA Analyst will work as part of an Agile Delivery Squad (approx.7-10 people) to develop automation frameworks and develop automatedtest scripts supporting the testing effort of the company s CreditInsurance platform (CIS) which is in the process of being migratedfrom an on prem environment to a cloud Platform. In addition to thetechnical test development skills, the SQA Analyst must be able toquickly understand the business and system requirements in additionto the Product Roadmap with the intention of converting regressiontest scripts into automated testcases

    Specific Project Requirements: The company s Small Segment team isseeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor tosupport Small Segment initiatives by developing, implementing, andevaluating strategic change requirements in this space. The ChangeAdvisor will play a key role in ensuring employee adoption andusage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people's side of changeincluding changes to business processes, systems and technology,job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibilitywill be creating and implementing change management strategies andplans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimizeresistance. The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams andleaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization andgreater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in theorganization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROIand the achievement of results and outcomes.
