The purposeof the Supply Chain Operations Team Leader is toensure the effective delivery of the dayto day operational Supply Chain service to the required customerservice and internal performance

KeyResponsibilities:

-To effectivelylead, engage and manage a team of Supply Chain Co-Ordinators andAnalysts, reporting on forecast, inventory, and fulfilment formultiplecustomers
-Deliveronboarding of new clients into agreed operationalprocesses
-Identifyopportunities for process and performanceimprovement
-Ensure that theteam are compliant with time recording and workflowsystems
-To proactivelysupport the team s learning and development both technically and
-Conducts TeamMeetings to update employees on best practices and continuingexpectations
-Ability toprioritise and organise workloads to ensure personal anddepartmental deadlines are adheredto

Experienceand SkillRequirements:

-Proven trackrecord of managing and motivating team in a similar managementrole
-Proficient inuse of accounting software and have worked with preferablyQuickBooks, Xero, andSage
-Proficient andexperienced using MS Excel in an operationsrole
-Would suit anAccount Manager used to working with multiplecustomers

You ll becommitted to good customer service and be able to work withaccuracy and confidence with people at all levels in the business,having worked in a similar role You willbe numerate (equivalent to GCSE grade C or 5+) and have goodknowledge of MS office, particularly with Excel and also preferablysome accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero,Sage)
