A company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking to hire (Electrical cost Engineer)..Cost Engineer | Cost Engineer to work in Riyadh according to the following conditions:
Qualifications and experience:
University degree in electrical engineering with at least 3 years of experience.
Understanding of cost engineering, capital planning and activities in the company.
Detailed understanding of the roles of capital projects related to distribution, construction, transportation and services.
Ability to use capital engineering and planning software and cost related software.
- Good level of English.
Functional tasks:
- Review eligibility and prioritize proposed capital projects for inclusion in the annual capital budget.
- Perform cost control, tracking, monitoring and analysis of actual project expenditures for all cost elements for budget allocation and preparation of variance explanation.
- Identify all models of cost techniques in force and the software used in the company.
- Assist in the preparation of project work execution plans and master schedules for all capital projects proposed in the capital budget.
