Job Scope:


The Windows Engineer is accountable to build,maintain and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure and operating systems coordinating with internal stakeholders on the assessment, design and upgrades and overseeing a team of System Engineers.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Autonomously carries out the run and maintain of Windows Engineering Environment, which includes but not limited to Servers, Hardware, and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Has technical knowledge in running and maintaining Server Hardware Technology.
  • Has technical knowledge of multiple Infrastructure domains such as (servers, virtualization, citrix, database, storage, network etc.)
  • Has the technical knowledge to provide quality assurance service to Infrastructure domain (review and enhance current ITIL processes, trend analysis and improvements)
  • Has sound interpersonal skills to communicate with others (verbally and written).
  • Has at least one professional certification in Windows Server administration.
  • Has Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Clustering Technologies
  • Has Excellent Knowledge in Print & File Server Administration.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related field
  • Must have +510 year in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems.
