    Founded in 1953 the nonprofit education andtraining arm of AH&LA. AHLEI works to improve the qualityand consistency of training resources available to the hospitalityindustry by identifying common needs providing industry inputreviewing content and offering product development advice. As wellas providing guidance and direction for the development andexecution of the educational and professional certificationprograms relating to numerous positions in the hospitality industryfrom linelevel to general manager.

    AHLEI Saudi Arabia focuses to participate toSaudi Arabias vision of 2030 by directly contributing to thetourism workforce development in SaudiArabia.


    Job Description


    Job overview:

    Plan direct and manage business activities and to developand implement effective business strategies.


    Tasks &Duties :

    • Managing dailybusiness operations and sales performance.
    • Generate revenue.
    • Developing and implementinggrowth strategies.
    • Creating and managingbudgets.
    • Evaluating performance andproductivity.
    • Analyzing accounting andfinancial data.
    • Researching and identifyinggrowth opportunities.
    • Generating reports andgiving presentations.
    • Direct administrativeactivities directly related to providing services
    • Serving and keeping strong relationship withclients.
    • Other supportive tasks that isrequired.
    Qualifications
    • Masters /Bachelors preferably in Business Management or Educationalstudies.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience is asimilar role
    • English Lamgugage
