    Overall management of the administrative tasks for additions/removal of bank signatories for the Africa region in accordance with company policy and resolutions from the board of directors.

    D. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
    Preparation of BARF (Bank Account Request Form) for review by RTM (Regional Treasury Manager)
    Liaise with Copsec for KYC documents, signatures, proof of address, ID or passports
    Follow up on BAAF (Bank Account Amendment form) for Review by RTM and approval from CFO
    Fill and complete onboarding forms and submit to RTM for review
    Assist in the follow up with banks on progress
    Assist in the follow up with central treasury on pending actions
    Assist in the follow up with Copsec on pending board resolutions
    Assist in the follow up and regular update to internal stakeholders, regional director, cluster GMs, CFOs
    Provide support in End of month reporting

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)

    Person with drive for improvement and excellence.
    Strong communication skills
    Ability to work and deliver under pressure with tight deadlines.
    Pro-active in liaising with the senior managers, Regional CFO & Regional FP&A Manager, and Corporate Finance Office.
    Hands-on with day-to-day operations.
    Strong IT acumen to quickly master existing tools (Cognos & Advanced Excel) and identify new ways of improvement
    Strong presentation skills, advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
    Rigorous and well organised
    Flexible when required to work extended hours

    Required Work Experience
    At least one year experience, post-graduation preferably in the banking sector or a treasury function, with
    good knowledge of onboarding process for banks
    Previous experience in a multinational Company in a fast pace service environment would be a definite
    advantage.

    Required Qualifications
    .
    Bachelor s degree in accounting/Finance or Banking
    Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
    Excellent written and spoken English and French.
