    As an Account Executive, you willbe responsible for prospecting and closing net new businessopportunities while expanding strategic customers within a definedterritory or named accountportfolio.


    Skills andqualifications:

    • 3+ years of full-cycle (prospectingto close) sales experience with B2B SaaSsolutions.
    • Evidence of top-tier attainmentperformance in pastroles.
    • A demonstrable track record ofsuccess in developing your own qualifiedpipeline.
    • Success in running an enterprisesales process in a complex salescycle.
    • Experience with MEDDPICC and anenterprise-grade sales methodology (Sandler, Miller Heiman,Challenger, Value Selling, Force Management, etc) is stronglypreferred.
    • The ability to navigate and workwith multiplestakeholders.
    • A strong hunter mentality and workethic driven by a healthy level ofcompetitiveness.
    • Supply chain & logisticssales experience is a plus, but notrequired.
    • High motivation and resilience in avery fast-pacedenvironment.
    • Comfortable working in anenvironment where change isconstant.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English.

    • You will maintain healthy qualifiedpipeline coverage by focusing on the company s definedICP.
    • You will be prospecting on aconsistent daily basis to uncover opportunities within your definedterritory.
    • You will ensure information iscorrectly entered into and actively managed within Salesforce -this includes all sales activities, account, and opportunityupdates.
    • You will forecast your business on aweekly basis by ensuring your current opportunities are properlystaged based on the criteria defined by the company s salesprocess.
    • You will spend time developingrelationships with the company s strategic customers to ensurelong-term growth and to uncoverreferrals.
    • You will work cross-functionallywith leadership and other teams to build, execute, and revise aGo-to-Market strategy for your definedterritory.
