Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the implementation of the functional human resources management system and internal databases in all sectors.
  • Supervising the implementation of the company's policies and procedures for human resources in all sectors and activating them in the relevant electronic systems
  • Preparing the workforce budget and medical insurance for the sectors.
  • Manage the implementation of internal communication and employee satisfaction projects (eg job satisfaction surveys).
  • Managing business partners in various sectors and activating their role in order to achieve the company's strategy
  • Work with other human resources departments to activate the human resources strategy
  • Supervising the updating of the employees' record and their dealings in government systems and the company's internal system, and ensuring the validity of the data
  • Supervising the followup of employees' compliance with the company's systems in accordance with the approved policies, and activating the necessary procedures
  • Follow up the implementation of human resources services for all sectors' employees with higher quality and less time
  • Providing advice to managers, leaders and executives with regard to human resources
  • Updating the staff placement on the structure according to the updates and making the necessary studies or related procedures
  • Managing the human resources operations sector inside and outside the Kingdom to ensure the progress of operations in accordance with the company's policies and directives.
  • Ensure that recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Law.
  • Supervising and maintaining personnel files in the form of physical copies and electronic copy.
  • Developing the work team and providing feedback to ensure improved performance
  • Preparing periodic reports on the progress of human resources operations
  • Provide analytical studies to serve the development of employee experience in coordination with the Organizational Development Department

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related major


  • A master's degree in Human Resources Management (CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience in human resources from 9-11 years
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Professional planning and organizing skills
  • Professional discussion and dialogue skills.
  • Professional use of Microsoft Office programs
