• Organiseand approve all staff leave including annual leave, sickness andmaternity/paternity.
  
• Ensureeffective communication between departments and proactiveresolution of staffconcerns.
  
• Positivelyreinforce company policies andregulations.
  
• Workto support Management sinstructions.
  
• Handleconflict resolution between staff, candidates andclients.
  
• Efficientrecruitment to ensure reduced turnover and happyemployees.
  

Requirements

• Hands-onHR operationalapproach.
  
• Exceptionalknowledge of employeerelations.
  
• Conflictresolutionskills.
  
• Comprehensiveunderstanding of MOHRE, UAE Labour Laws, and TWAFOUQ complaintsmanagement.

• Bachelors degreeeducated.
  
• Minimum2 years HRexperience.
  
• ConfidentEnglish communicator with excellent conflict resolutionability.
  
• Proficientin IT database management andExcel.
  
• Knowledgeof Employee Master (HRMSystems).

Job Skills Job Specifications Bachelor s or master s degree in tax,accounting, or finance Minimum 4-5 years experience inaccounting/finance Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiaritywith relevant accounting software Ability to speak effectively withcustomers, vendors and employees at all level within theorganization.
