    Role &Tasks:

    • Build lead and review work of thecreative team in the production of all web print and digitalmarketing collateral
    • Spearhead andmanage visual content strategy for both smallscale andlargescale projects harnessing strategy digital and brand designand technology
    • Coordinatewith the Account Manager and content creators for any Social Mediacampaign promotion or post boost
    • Coordinate with the Web/AppExecutive for any website request for highlighting aproduct/offer/bundle or special functionality/service through abanner photoshoot/video shoot design ...
    • Coordinate with the DigitalAds Manager to provide the proper visuals (design video banner MPU...) in order to run a display/video ad campaign
    • Create templates for thenewsletters
    • Createcorporate identity briefs and guidelines for eachbusiness (existing and new)
    • Createtouchpoints for each business and employee based on thebusiness leader request
    • Create digital catalogs& portfolios
    • Suggestwebsite redesign (if & when requested)
    • Create art content for anyportal related marketing campaign
    • Work with the brand team toproduce new ideas for company branding promotional campaigns andmarketing communications
    • Evaluate trendsassess new data and beuptodate with the latest visual marketing techniques
    • Create and implementtailored and original visuals for the marketing plans based onindividual business requirements
    • Conduct brainstormingmeetings and creative sessions with your team
    • Shape brand standards andcreate procedures to ensure all outcomes and touchpoints are brandappropriate
    • Supervise thedepartments daily workflow assign project workload and monitordeadlines and budgets
    • Develop exceptional andwellcrafted copy that meet each businesses requirements
    • Present weekly/monthlyreports to the Emarketing director
    • Reports directly to theEmarketing Director.

    EssentialskillsandQualifications (Experience Education Licensure& language skills)

    • Bachelorsdegree in graphic design or related field
    • English proficiency is a must (besides Arabic)
    • A strong eye for visual composition
    • Able to give and receive constructivecriticism
    • Photography and videography skills(as well as photo & video editing skills) (preferable)
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal andwritten Outlook/email communication briefs presentations...)
    • Data and detail orientedcreative and collaborative problem solver with outstandingcommunication and project management skills.
    • Good knowledge in social media visual andgraphical requirements mainly Facebook Instagram YouTube
    • Good knowledge in MS Office programs (WordExcel PowerPoint ...)
    • Proficient indesigning and publishing tools (Photoshop InDesign IllustratorPremiere ...)
    • 3 4 years workingexperience in similar role with an agency (preferable)
    • Fast learner
    • Organizedaccurate with strong attention to details while being multitasking
    • People project and time management skills
    • Ability to work fast and smart under pressuremanage and meet deadlines and priorities
    • Ability to lead and work as part of a team aswell as independently to problemsolve using own initiative
    • Ability to work based on a brief and able tosupport all team members and back anothersvision
