Vendor inspection coordinator

Description:


Job Purpose:


  • Responsible for coordinating the inspection process with the client, vendors, and inspection agencies.
  • Plan and schedule inspections with both vendors and inspection teams, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Review and maintain all relevant documentation related to inspections, including inspection reports, certificates.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving any issues or discrepancies identified during inspection.
  • Evaluate the performance of inspection agencies and provide feedback for vendor selection and improvement.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:


  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
  • Experience: 25 years relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
