Job Summary

We areseeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to oversee thecompanys enterprise compute and storage strategies. This includesplanning budgeting and precuring the right infrastructures for theright platforms and applications. Youll be overlooking thetechnology and defining the roadmaps for each specific environmentin the enterprise infrastructure. Enterprise infrastructure willinclude the server farm onprem cloud storage systems AI environmentand backup and archive environments. The position will also includefinancial duties like budgeting and calculating TCO/ROI for theplanned procurement projects. Furthermore supervising eachprocurement deployment with operation teams. Finally you will actas consultant to the organization by continuously researching andstudying the latest trends and issues. You will drive enterpriseorganizational alignment to ensure successful enterpriseinfrastructure roadmaps adoption security governance and riskmanagement is adhered to.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Define the enterprise infrastructure strategy androadmap.
• Engage in requirements gatheringcapacity planning and workload forecasting.
• Analyze and optimize production applications forefficiency and performance.
• Manageinfrastructure budgeting and financials.
• Architect the infrastructure to meet organizationalneeds.
• Plan execute and manage hardware andappliance procurement projects.
• Collaboratewith operations teams on resource utilization and chargebackmodules.
• Work with leading OEMs and technologyproviders to source necessary equipment and solutions.
• Drive Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives with endusersand technical teams.
• Collaborate with multipleteams across the organization.
• Stay updated onnew technology trends in CPU GPU cloud solutions and storageservices.

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold aBachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a relatedfield.
• Possess deep knowledge in cloudnativeapplications and container orchestration solutions includingOpenShift.
• Proficient in DevOps practices andtools as well as VMware virtualization technologies.
• Experienced in MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) andCI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)pipelines.
• Familiar with storage systems andprotocols such as NFS SMB iSCSI and S3.
• Have15 years of experience in infrastructure budgeting total cost ofownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI)calculations.
• Experienced in backup andarchive solutions as well as data center and facilityrequirements.
