Job Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join the ITStrategy & Technology Planning Division. The IT Strategy &Technology Planning Division is responsible for providing ITstrategic directions technology roadmaps investment strategiesservice models and solutions architectures covering all Digital& IT disciplines such as Computing Communication Applicationand Information Protection. The Enterprise Architect primary roleis to develop strategic Digital and IT roadmaps define applicationsand technology architecture required to deliver and enable corebusiness capabilities; optimizing short and longterm architectureplans identifying new IT capabilities that leverage the installedbase technologies and solutions and developing plans and programsto introduce new IT services ensuring alignment with businessdemands and company digital transformation initiatives.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Work with Business and Leadership Stakeholders to DevelopStrategy
• Lead analysis of the businessfuturestate capabilities and Digital & IT environment to detectcritical gaps and opportunities
• Recommendsolutions for improvement to drive the business towards itstargeted outcomes
• Lead analysis of the ITenvironment to detect critical deficiencies and recommendsolutions
• Develop an implementation plan forenterprise architecture based on business requirements
• Facilitate alignment between business and Digital &IT connecting strategy to execution
• Visualizethe future state and trigger longterm planning throughstorytelling
• Define Digital & ITstechnology architecture and develop roadmaps
• Identify important Digital & IT technology trendsimpacting the Companys business
• Defineadoption plans for introducing new technologies or switchingbetween them
• Provide consultation on complexDigital & ITrelated matters to other entities or businessunits
• Develop Technology Statements ofDirection as applicable
• Identify new Digital& IT capabilities leveraging existing technologies
• Ensure enabling technologies for consistent Digital &IT architecture
• Align Digital & IT masterappropriations and capital projects with technologyroadmaps
• Review compliance of Digital & ITplans against technology roadmaps
• Participatein Technology obsolescence reviews and conduct technologyupdates
• Provide consultation on technologiesand solution architectures
• Coordinate externaltechnology consultations and refresh workshops
• Originate ideas for enhancing Digital & IT solutionsefficiency and user service
• Ensure technicalwork meets accepted professional and internal computingstandards
• Drive evolution of EA teams servicesand operating model
• Build EA value propositionas internal management consultancy supporting businessstrategy
• Communicate the value of enterprisearchitecture and its services
• Coach and mentorother architects.

Requirements:

• Willingness to permanentlyrelocate to Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science ComputerEngineering Computer Information Systems Communication Engineeringor Software Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in Digitaland IT systems analysis programming computing hardware cloudcomputing architecture mobile software implementation datanetworking telecommunication and information protection with atleast 10 years applying EA frameworks designing Digital and ITsolution architecture performing quality assurance analyzinginvestment strategies developing Digital and IT services costingstructures and TCOs and designing Digital and IT integrationplatforms.
• Education: Masters or BachelorsDegree in disciplines such as Computer Science Computer EngineeringManagement Information Systems (MIS) Computer Information Systems(CIS) Engineering Physical Sciences Mathematics Finance or BusinessAdministration.
• Experience: At least 12 yearsof industrial work experience in complex Digital & ITenvironments including digital transformation systems analysisprogramming computing hardware software implementation andmissioncritical facilities. Eight or more years of businessexperience in strategic and operations planning and/or businessanalysis or experience as an enterprise architectureconsultant.
• Language skills: Excellent spokenand written English is essential with knowledge of Arabicdesirable. Ability to compose and edit concise wellorganizedreports and presentations for various management levels.
• Requires a high level of professionalism maturitymultidiscipline technical knowledge and interpersonal skills tomanage senior personnel. Must possess business knowledge and acumento select appropriate Digital & IT solutions. Excellentnegotiation influencing and moderating skills.
• Knowledge of business ecosystems SaaS IaaS PaaS SOA APIsopen data microservices eventdriven IT and predictiveanalytics.
• Understanding of business modelsoperating models financial models costbenefit analysis budgetingand risk management.
