The Role

Linum Consult's client is seeking a VP of Operations and Corporate Services to oversee company operations across their three offices in the Middle East, from their main office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Overseeing company operations and corporate services including HR, administration, and communications across the region - Developing, improving, and monitoring the implementation of corporate operational procedures and processes - Identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency across multiple countries - Preparing corporate operations and services budgets in coordination with country operations - Overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives relating to operations and corporate services - Working closely with VPs for Technical Delivery to ensure sufficient operational support is provided to delivery teams


Requirements:

PROFILE - 15 years' experience in organisational process improvement and optimisation - Experience of working for international engineering consultants in the Middle East - Demonstrable experience managing and directing change within organisations - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - A strong understanding of the operating environment and employment regulations in KSA
