The primary role of the Jr. Experiential Coordinator. will be to Developing and support all external events and activations for the Lucid brand in the KSA.

We prioritize a world-class customer experience, and our events play a key role in building the Lucid brand and creating that unparalleled experience.

Above all, this role will be a passionate and organized project Support that understands event techniques, logistics, negotiation, and an entrepreneurial approach to event operations.


This role combines marketing, events, sales, and program management, and requires a moderate degree of project management, organization and customer-focused energy.


  • Responsibility
  • Creating and managing our events calendar.
  • Developing event concepts.
  • Support event budgets.
  • Site selection.
  • Coordinating logístical elements.
  • Organizing marketing material.
  • Processing payments and invoices.
  • Engaging with vendors and arranging security.
  • Liaising with speakers and preparing speaking notes.
  • Postevent reporting.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business administration, PR or any related felid.
  • Fluent in writing and reading in English and Arabic
  • Fresh graduate.
  • Excellent in Microsoft
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, and committed.
