Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the formulation of the Agency's strategy.
  • Participate in defining the department's strategic goals and performance indicators, follow up on achieving them, and make recommendations to take corrective action.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Finance and Accounts Agency's strategy.
  • Participate in setting goals and operational plans for the department
  • Manage coordination processes with the various organizational units in the agency regarding specialized training programs to develop the competencies of the agency's employees and the competent departments in the government sector.
  • Supervising the preparation of the plan for the specialized training programs in coordination with the relevant authorities, reviewing it and making recommendations to those concerned for review and approval

  • Supervising the implementation of training programs in coordination with the relevant authorities
  • Managing time plans for training programs and ensuring their implementation.
  • Review reports evaluating the efficiency of training programs and the extent to which employees benefit from the proposed improvements and make recommendations to those concerned
  • Determine the department's needs of competencies and talents and manage the personnel of the department.
  • Evaluating the level of performance of management staff and making recommendations regarding human resources decisions such as rewards, appointments, promotions, and transfers of management staff.
  • Work to verify the achievement of the main objectives of the Department and improve the level of services provided in terms of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness

Other Requirements:


  • Minimum: 10 years in project management / human resources or equivalent and 5 years in supervisory career
  • Knowledge in transformation programs and projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge in training programmes and plan
- cademic Certifications: bachelor's degree in public administration or equivalent

  • Professional Certification: Certificate in Project Management/ Change Management
