Key Responsibilities - list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis:
- Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory & MS Exchange.
- Experience supporting IT in a government or other regulated environment.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Server operating systems in a virtualized environment.
- Understanding types of networks and server equipment, and multioffice network infrastructure. like firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, blades, chassis, racks, and SAN.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO management.
- Experience in Windows PowerShell scripting
- Manage and supervise the daily activities and projects of Systems Administration, including training, coaching, organizing, and strategic planning.
- Develop and review procedures for Systems Administration operating/procedure manuals.
- Review and recommend enhancements to Systems Administration tools regarding versions and functionality available in addons or additional products in the suite, for the purposes of improving the automation, management, and monitoring of all systems.
- Evaluate technician and enduser needs, and ensure Systems Administration meets these needs.
- Provide reports and information as necessary for Compliance purposes.
- Follow and adhere to internal IT Policy and Procedures as appropriate.
- Perform other management assigned tasks as required.
- Experience in integrating AD with other systems such as ERP.
- Perform or delegate regular types of backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers and Server hardening (Linux, Windows), and integrate automation processes.
- Plans for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
- Ensure security through access controls.
- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
- Handle businesscritical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in a global marketplace.
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insight

- Azure AD, Azure App Service, O365
Nice to Have Skills.
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator (Certificate)
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration (Certificate)
- Microsoft Specialist: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (Certificate)
- VMware Certified Associate
- Cloud (Optional)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert MCSE (Certificate)
- PMP (Certificate)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Certificate)
Qualifications:
- More than 12+ Year Experience in System Administrator
