Today, we are recruiting for
Solution Engineer-SCADA System & Automation to join our team in Riyadh Metro Project.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Supervise & finalize the design, implementation of the central SCADA system (Sitras RSC) for the rail electrification system.
  • Manage the design and implementation of the station controller in the local substation (SIMATIC S7 PLC)
  • Facilitate the coordination of SCADA testing between station controller and the various SCADA systems.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of support and troubleshooting activities during all stages of the project's execution.
  • Collaborate with REL Engineering support teams for Sitras RSC and station controller.
  • Liaison with other project teams in the RMP project, Incl. communication, signaling, facility (F SCADA/BMS), systems, overall T&C, etc.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders like CAMCO (operator), RTMC (engineer)
  • Lead the SCADA team.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SCADA systems and substation automation, preferably in the field of rail electrification
  • Good understanding of electrical networks and traction power networks
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure following Safety guidelines.
