This position will provide hands-on support for hardware/software, operating systems, and network connectivity for complex problems.


Responsibilities & Essential Duties:


  • Support infrastructure on premises and in the cloud; systems include Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 global administration.
  • Automate software installations and configuration activities and procedures.
  • Administration of Physical Servers and VMWare infrastructure (vCenter, ESXi, and VMs).
  • Implementation and administration of multiple Microsoft Windows, Active Directory.
  • Implementation and maintain infrastructure on premises and in the cloud; systems include Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, and Office 365 global administration.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and analyze failures to minimize outages and interruptions.
  • Knowledge on different server operating system such as Windows, Linux etc.
  • Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network and devices.
  • Manage users, apps, and basic enterprise level MDM configuration profiles and troubleshooting.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally.
  • Research new technologies and products for their applicability to business processes.
  • Take manual processes and automate.
  • Provide onsite and remote support using ITSM tools.
  • Document steps taken to troubleshoot and resolve the incidents.
  • Use and contribute to knowledge management documents.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • VMware, Linux, Microsoft, & AWS training (Certificationadvantage).
  • ITIL Foundation V4 training (Certificationadvantage).
  • Experience as a system, database & storage in a fastmoving environment.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation skills with experience in JavaScript, PowerShell, or other major scripting language.
  • Experience in MS Server 2012, 2016, & 201
  • Good understanding of public clouds, mainly Azure. IaaS, PaaS, environments of client Cloud Platform or other public clouds.
  • Knowledge in configuring Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, RDP, Print
  • Management, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, one of the following configuration management tools (e.g., Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and JAMF), Office 365, scripting, and antivirus/antimalware utilities.
  • Drive for solving technical problems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies, methods, and tools quickly to meet our business requirements.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills, excellent customer service, as well as high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Service Desk, ITIL standards and its processes.
  • Works well with crossfunctional global and remote teams.
