Our Client, a design company in Riyadh are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Saudi national.


Responsibilities:


  • Design job description and interview questions in line with position requirements.
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Plan interview and selection procedure, including screening calls, assessments
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Maintain proper records of applicants information, interactions, interview details, CVs and other details in an organized manner

Requirements:


  • 68 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Bachelor degree in human resources management or similar field.
  • Experience in fullcycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
