- Manageinternal agency relationships in order to get things done in themost time and costefficient way for yourclient.
- Develop a thorough understanding ofclients business and industry keeping track of their activitiesclosely to make sure marketing objectives are met according to themarketing plan.
- Identify key market needs andchallenges recommend and adapt new strategies to react to changingbusiness trends and look for opportunities to anticipate openingsfor initiatives and plan for theunexpected.
- Build a good relationship with theclient and become a trusted source in the company leading theAccount Team by fostering teamwork and developing their careerpaths and daytoday training.
- Provide supportfor the Account Planners and understand interpret and apply marketresearch insights.
- Manage the cash flow budgetcontrol sheets and have solid control over job charges and costcontrols.
- Report to the AD on a regular basisto keep them sufficiently updated and informed on the daytodayoperations and progress of work through the processesinternally.
- BS/BA in Marketing orAdvertising specialization.
- Minimum 2 years ofexperience as an Account Executive within anagency.
- Strong computer skills includingMicrosoft Office with project management and time managementskills.
- Excellent presentation and writingskills attention to detail and communicationskills.
- Flexibility and problemsolving skillsresourceful in finding information and a creativemind.
- Understanding and appreciation of greatadvertising good creative judgment and general awareness of societyand interest in brands.
- Strategic curiosity andknowledge in the interactive/digital space entrepreneurial spiritand a team player.
- Eager and willing to pitchinon anything with excellent listening negotiation and presentationabilities.
- Proven ability to juggle multipleaccount management projects at a time while maintaining sharpattention todetail.
