MISSION STATEMENT
Maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Build and train sales team.
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed in alignment with management.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them in line with management direction
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members on project basis.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  • Sales and Marketing study of all competitors location, product mix, features and prices.
  • Support in build the Price Model and Offering Strategy
  • Updating knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management.
  • Managing overall sales activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and support advertising and marketing promotional events
  • Work with sales support to prepare all the support documents (Sales Offer, Sales Contract and Others)
  • Establish and utilize CRM system.
  • Provide regular update and report to upper management.
  • Other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL/EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE
- +4 years of experience in Sales at a real estate or property developer company.

  • Track record of success in achieving sales targets.

SKILL

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Be a strong team player and goal orientated
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
  • Effective negotiation and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of real estate practice, laws and regulations.
  • Create sales report through excel or other systems

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
