MISSION STATEMENT
Maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build and train sales team.
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed in alignment with management.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them in line with management direction
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members on project basis.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Sales and Marketing study of all competitors location, product mix, features and prices.
- Support in build the Price Model and Offering Strategy
- Updating knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management.
- Managing overall sales activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and support advertising and marketing promotional events
- Work with sales support to prepare all the support documents (Sales Offer, Sales Contract and Others)
- Establish and utilize CRM system.
- Provide regular update and report to upper management.
- Other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL/EXPERIENCE
EXPERIENCE
- +4 years of experience in Sales at a real estate or property developer company.
- Track record of success in achieving sales targets.
SKILL
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Be a strong team player and goal orientated
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
- Effective negotiation and analytical skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of real estate practice, laws and regulations.
- Create sales report through excel or other systems
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
