- Serve as Project Manager on Federal projects
- Take leadership role within the company and serve as technical expert/community leader
- Communicate with client
- Build/maintain client business
- Execute strategic actions to drive growth and opportunities
- Provide technical oversight including project planning/oversight, coordinating due diligence activities, coordinating project schedules, and directing site plan clients and code requirements
- Perform administrative duties including quality assurance, scheduling, evaluating risk management, and ensuring project documents are consistent with project plans and within scope/budget requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in the Architectural & Engineering industry
- 2+ years of project management experience
- PE License preferred
- Understanding of Architectural & Engineering, Structural Engineering, Site Development, Site Acquisition, Zoning, Permitting, Project Management, Geotechnical and Survey
- Experience working with Federal clients
- Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Project planning/oversight experience through all phases of construction
