    Avamels Printing Solutions is currently seeking a diligent and detailoriented Data Entry Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and maintaining data integrity. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems.
    • Verify accuracy of data input and correct any errors or discrepancies.
    • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files as needed.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by collecting and organizing data.
    • Ensure data integrity and security by following company policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel and Word.
    • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with data entry software and systems is a plus.
    • Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
