Rand Capital Group is a diversified private equity and corporate advisory firm.

Our private equity division pursues investments in established businesses across a diverse number of industries and our advisory division partners with corporates and governments on ventures that have the capacity for sustainable growth and global expansion by providing project development, corporate finance, market entry, and legal services that setup ventures to work optimally in the markets where our clients operate.

We are seeking a director to join our advisory division at executive (c-suite/partner) level.

Directors will oversee key client engagements, introduce new engagements to the firm, and oversee a portfolio of business in their region.

We are seeking directors who have experience in management consulting, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, advisory, and corporate law.

Experience:

- management consulting/corporate advisory: 10 years (preferred)
- director/partner level at a consulting/advisory firm: 10 years (preferred)
- corporate finance/capital raising: 10 years (preferred)
