Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to our clients
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers.
• Coordinating with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues not addressed by existing solutions.
• Instructing customers on how to use the company's software and hardware products.

• Provides technical support during the technical meeting,
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Routing Switching and Extreme Network
• Managing and supervising IT hardware projects
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and solving hardware or faults.

• VoIP Phone Systems

• Configuration / Installation / Support
• Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware.
• Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assists in placing orders.
• Helps design and implement networks.
• Ensuring successful completion of projects within defined steps
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals
• Identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Help and support the sales
• Installation, Operation, Configuration for below:
• access points

- o access control
- o Time Attendance

Requirements, Qualifications/Skills

• Diploma degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in technical support for hardware products.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle.
• A process improvement mindset.
• Vendor relations.
• Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Solid knowledge of IT hardware systems
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
