• Create and assemble custom cabinetry, furniture, and other wooden fixtures to meet client specifications
• Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and written or verbal instructions
• Select, measure, and cut materials to create highquality finished products
• Operate woodworking machinery, such as table saws, jointers, and planers, safely and efficiently
• Install and finish cabinetry and fixtures onsite, ensuring precise fit and alignment
• Repair and modify existing cabinetry and furniture as required
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
• Adhere to safety guidelines, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in cabinet making or 3 years of experience with an additional 2 years of formal education in the field
• Carpentry experience is a great addition to your skillset
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of various woodworking techniques, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and industry practices
• Physically fit and able to work at heights, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
