    Job Description

    • Direct and supervise construction management team.
    • Responsible for overall work progress and technical performance on the program.
    • Ensure that the approved project's plans (execution plan, quality plan, safety plan, etc.) are being adhered to and implemented by the contractors/ sub-contractors.
    • Ensures the efficiency, and quality of the construction work to meet program objectives.
    • Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of the program governance, stakeholder management, coordination, specifications and standards.
    • Implement project's construction schedule and participate in preparing weekly/ monthly progress reports.
    • Attendance of the weekly/ monthly progress meetings and construction meetings with the client/ contractors.

    Profile

    • Must hold a B. Sc. In Civil / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university or college.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in all aspects of construction supervision on large to mega infrastructure/building programs.
    • Has experience in airports (aerodrome) industry, preferably in projects related to AGL in operational airports.
    • GCC experience is preferred.
    • Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of safety and quality procedures.
    • Familiar with construction methodologies.
