Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets that meet project goals and objectives.
Lead and manage project teams, including project engineers, coordinators, and other staff, to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that they are identified, assessed, and managed effectively.
Monitor and report on project progress, including cost and schedule performance, and take corrective action as necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Ensure that all project activities comply with project standards, policies, and procedures, as well as local and international regulations.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Ensure that project teams adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management for large infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing large infrastructure projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and schedule.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Willingness to work on a demanding project schedule and to relocate to North West Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project.
