Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
ELV / Systems Lead to join our team


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Supervises the project's ELV systems events as performed by the technical team and leads, connects, monitors, and organizes the T&C tasks for the ELV Systems.
  • Assist the technical features of the plan to ensure that the systems engineering procedures are operative correctly and grow the system to reach to design intent.
  • Leads other Engineers and design personnel in technical excellence and growth in the Quality Improvement Process.
  • Carry out a variety of task based on his discipline.
  • Manage, supervise and maintain the ELV system for the respective business to be in line with the organization's guidelines, project specification & drawings.
  • Review operation and maintenance plans; Review standard operating procedures; Review O & M manuals and may conduct onsite training of personnel.
  • The precise role and accountability of the systems engineer may change from task to task based on the scope and complexity of the assignment with different phases of the life cycle. However, the engineer functions should be completed as outlined by the businesses.
  • Ensure that all systems are performing well and ready to hand over to Facility Management Team.
  • Perform administrative duties to support the construction team in administrative and technical duties and reports.
  • Helps determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
  • Assist in the collection & follow up of document/report submissions.
  • Provide support on witnessing & approving related works performed at site.
  • Conducts surveys, studies, and site investigations.
  • Read and analyze drawings related to work.
  • Provide support in liaising the coordination of work to related government entity or independent service provider.
  • Assist in the coordination between SSC's & Contractors to resolve work related issues.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and typically 10+ years of related work experience. Professional Engineer registration may be required.
