Are you passionate about leading large-scale construction projects and ready to take your career to new heights? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Construction Director to join a dynamic team.


In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of industrial infrastructure construction, including road networks, petrochemical industries, admin buildings, security networks, process plants, chiller plants, HVAC networks, HV/MV substations, and control buildings.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Oversee and direct all aspects of construction activities, from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure construction activities align with timelines, quality, safety, and budget.
  • Manage and resolve risks, concerns, and issues during project execution.
  • Oversee the sequential release of IFC, budgeting, cost center maintenance, organization, implementation, and construction scheduling.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients, third parties, and managers to report progress.
  • Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Lead construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient use of tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, obtain permits, and licenses.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks to ensure highquality work within contract timescales.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

**We Are Looking For: - MS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A Minimum 15 years of proven experience in construction management.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Expertise in building products, construction details, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in construction management software.
  • Strong planning, conflict and crisis management, leadership, and human resources management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
