Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential partner restaurants and generate lead lists.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with qualified leads to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Present Ninja's value proposition and offerings to potential partners in a compelling manner.
- Engage in strategic negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Close deals in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and executed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations and Account Management, to facilitate partner onboarding and transition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
