Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for the project.
  • Ensure that all construction activities meet the project's quality standards and specifications.
  • Review and approve project plans and designs to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
  • Monitor construction activities to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular quality audits of the project to ensure compliance with established procedures and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
  • Manage the quality control team and provide guidance and training as required.
  • Coordinate with the construction team to resolve quality issues and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that quality requirements are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality control management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and codes.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's construction regulations and requirements would be an advantage.
