Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of a project.
This includes planning, scheduling, and tracking the progress of the project, as well as communicating with the project team, stakeholders, and other departments.
The Project Coordinator also plays a key role in ensuring that the project stays on budget and on schedule.Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule the project
- Track the progress of the project
- Communicate with the project team, stakeholders, and other departments
- Ensure that the project stays on budget and on schedule
- Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project
- Close out the project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional Skills and Qualities:
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience with various project management methodologies
- Ability to work with a variety of people from different backgrounds
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work long hours and travel as needed
Salary:
