Summary:
GG Sales Representative is responsible in promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals.
GG Sales Representatives greets, assists and directs members, guests and staffs as they enter or contact the gym. They perform a variety of administrative, and operational duties as necessary.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Generate sales through providing guests with tours of the facility, business to business outreach, referrals from members, and promoting the facility by distributing guest passes to prospective members.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets set by the Management.
  • Meet or exceed minimum sales appointments targets set by the Management.
  • Develop, build and acquire new corporate accounts to drive revenue.
  • Facilitate community collaboration by arranging lead boxes at local businesses to increase club exposure in the community.
  • Be active in the community by organizing events regularly, connecting with other local businesses to support healthy relationships and marketing opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management on a daily basis.
  • Participate in events to generate new sales, such as trade shows, open houses, member appreciation nights, etc.).
  • Maintain knowledge on Gold's Gym history, background, facilities, and policies.
  • Attend sales meetings as required by the Management.

Requirement:


  • Female Saudi is preferred.
  • Located in Dammam or Al Khobar or nearby areas.
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any courses.
  • At least 1 year experience in similar role or related experience.
  • Able to join the Company immediately or as per business needs.
  • Can handle pressure at work and obey the HOD for a better result of Sales performance.
  • Positive attitude and friendly to members and colleagues.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Apps like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc)
