• Demonstrates category/ client insight by owning monthly competitor monitoring and sharing a point of view on activity
• Identify examples of participation campaigns in the marketplace and share with the team
• Demonstrates understanding of best practice when creating estimates, raising POs, invoicing and managing WIP
• Confident in writing clear and accurate artwork and design briefs
• Actively shares the latest work in the industry with a perspective on how it could inform what we do with our clients
