    • Build a cost modulefor each new project and share it with the OperationManager.
    • Sending booking cash onhand to Finance Team.
    • Monitoring thecash on hand settlement with FinanceTeam.
    • Follow up with Finance Team toissue the Customer invoice based on Customer credit term andPricing Module.
    • Controlling theshipments cost and maximizing theprofitability.
    • Revising the fleettariff in order to reach the best transportation tariff that willhelp NAQLA to provide the customers with competitive prices and toorganize the transportationmarket.
    • To prepare MonthlyProduction, performance and profitabilityReports.
    • Review prices ondashboard.
    • Review and confirmoperation expenses.
    • Update financeteam in case of any amended prices / costreductions.
    • Coordinate and approvedelays with operation andfleet.
    • Review with finance driverssettlements.
    • Managing and reviewrunning outsourcing contracts.
    • Coordinate with accounting toupdate debt on finished jobs and follow up the unsettled amountsandreason.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in accounting or relevant field is strongly preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year experience workingin cost control.
    • English language isMUST.
    • AdvancedExcel is aMUST
