- Build a cost modulefor each new project and share it with the OperationManager.
- Sending booking cash onhand to Finance Team.
- Monitoring thecash on hand settlement with FinanceTeam.
- Follow up with Finance Team toissue the Customer invoice based on Customer credit term andPricing Module.
- Controlling theshipments cost and maximizing theprofitability.
- Revising the fleettariff in order to reach the best transportation tariff that willhelp NAQLA to provide the customers with competitive prices and toorganize the transportationmarket.
- To prepare MonthlyProduction, performance and profitabilityReports.
- Review prices ondashboard.
- Review and confirmoperation expenses.
- Update financeteam in case of any amended prices / costreductions.
- Coordinate and approvedelays with operation andfleet.
- Review with finance driverssettlements.
- Managing and reviewrunning outsourcing contracts.
- Coordinate with accounting toupdate debt on finished jobs and follow up the unsettled amountsandreason.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or relevant field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience workingin cost control.
- English language isMUST.
