Summary:
The Site Foreman is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of construction activities on a project site. This includes ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Foreman also has responsibility for safety, quality control, and the overall productivity of the project site.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the work of all construction personnel on the project site
• Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all applicable safety regulations
• Monitor and control costs and ensure that the project stays on budget
• Communicate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders on the status of the project
• Resolve any problems that arise on the project site
• Train and develop construction personnel
• Maintain records of all construction activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work long hours and in a variety of weather conditions
• Valid driver's license

Salary:
