Responsible for establishing, and forecasting total program costs, and monitoring change order, and working with stakeholders.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Monitors and controls the mega project costs, coordinates activities of the Mega Projects, and ensures adherence to project management minimum standards.
  • Confers with the project manager to understand the scope of a project.
  • Applies appropriate project management tools, including reporting and monitoring systems.
  • Develops and maintains the department's internal policiesand/or procedures (IPPs).
  • Coordinates with project team to ensure that each team member understands their responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Develops, records and reports on project plans and progress,and contract or payments according to contract, and project man-hours.
  • Provides support to the process of strategic road map performance reporting.
  • Maintains knowledge on current trends in specialty and recommends improvements or implementation.
  • Attends meetings or committees as assigned.
  • Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
  • Participates in self and other's education, training and development, as applicable.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education:

Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related discipline is required.


Experience Required:


Five (5) years of related experience with Master's or seven (7) years with Bachelor's Degree; including two (2) years in project management /supervision related job is required.


Other Requirements(Certificates):


  • Saudi National Only.
  • Certified Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) is preferred.
