Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Innovative Associate for a Project.

You will work closely with our clients to identify and implement innovative solutions to transform the gifting experience.

You will be responsible for conducting research specific to the KSA market, analyzing data, and developing insights that will inform the development of creative and effective strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct indepth research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences in the gifting industry.
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for gifting experiences that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to plan, execute, and manage gifting projects from inception to completion.
• Utilize your marketing experience to develop compelling messaging and promotional strategies for gifting campaigns.
• Demonstrate financial knowledge to analyze and optimize gifting projects, ensuring costeffectiveness and profitability.
• Stay uptodate with technology trends and leverage relevant tools and platforms to enhance gifting experiences.
• Utilize your analytical background to gather and interpret data, generating insights that drive continuous improvement in our gifting initiatives.
• Maintain a customercentric mindset throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that gifting experiences exceed customer expectations.
• Act as a problem solver, proactively addressing any challenges or obstacles that arise during the execution of gifting projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the gifting or customer experience industry.
• Indepth knowledge of Saudi culture and consumer behavior, with a strong understanding of local preferences and customs.
• Demonstrated marketing experience, including developing strategies and implementing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
• A customercentric mindset and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
