KEY RESULT AREAS:

Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using electrical/hand tools, power tools, fixtures and microscopes.
Inspect parts for surface defects. Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation.
Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
There could be more jobs as per the need of work.
Will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance on rolling stock.
To carry out routine checks to ensure train safety through a complex laptop fault diagnosis and major overhaul.
Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Ability to locate and identify malfunctions or defections in equipment or apparatus and to make repairs.
Ability to plan and supervise the work and instruct subordinate technicians and subordinates.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all team members.
