The opportunity

Project:

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia.

Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of professionals delivering planning/schedule management services and is responsible for staff development.
  • Having the ability to play a key role in multidisciplinary teams and take the lead role in creating plans or analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
  • Having the ability to advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  • Being able to manage planning/scheduling delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.
  • Managing resourcing, growing, and developing the team.
  • Being able to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
  • Supporting senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development or alliance development projects.
  • Having excellent attention to detail and ability to validate and check schedule management inputs, recording and reports produced, providing basic commentary and analysis.
About you


You have a degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the construction, programme, project or commercial management disciplines, you have in addition to mandatory training courses: working towards chartered/registered member of a relevant institution Accreditation from recognised industry body (e.g., APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA); relevant CSCS Card; mastery in setting up effective planning/schedule management systems and procedures.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.

You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
