KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES (Key Responsibilities)

  • Excellent knowledge of Outsystems platform and its architecture and layers.
  • Develop different solution using Outsystems platform following Outsystems best practice architecture.
  • Excellent knowledge of Outsystems platform and its architecture and layers.

  • Ensure all the codes are documented and optimized.
  • Recommend new solutions/technology that are in line with NEOM operation business system strategy.
  • Conduct workshops with all stakeholders in NEOM operation to gather and understand their new requirements and to ensure that it is well documented.
  • Develop detail business requirements document to describe the business needs to the development team.
  • Monitor and supervise development activities & identify priorities.
  • Plan & coordinate all the development activities.
  • Recommend a support model for each system/platform.
  • Evaluate project complexity, limitations, and dependencies of the project & escalate if required.
  • Regulates exposure to business stakeholders and executive management as well as other authorities.
  • Designs, writes, and edits website content.
  • Understands UI, crossbrowser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
  • Ensure systems are in compliance with NEOM Technology procedures and processes.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills and Experience):

  • Full stack developer
  • Experience in managing MS SQL Database
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of community systems & technology such as website, booking system, etc.
  • Strong programming background
  • Abilities to work with different platforms such.
Net & OutSystems, & Java Platforms

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP Modules, CAFM systems and interconnection to third party systems
  • Strong knowledge of reporting (Power BI)
  • Experience in API integration (web service)
  • Strong knowledge in mobile App technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management or Statistics
  • A minimum of 45 years' professional experience, of which at least 3 should have been spent in Web Application Developer.
  • Outsystems Certifications is Mandatory.
  • Strong and proven Experience in.
Net Framework Development.
