Key Responsibilities:


Assist with the development of business cases and digital transformation initiatives by effectively studying and understanding existing pain points and finding innovative digital solutions to customer pain points.

Work with UX/UI and Experience design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and user journeys to deliver world-class user experiences through innovative digital products
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative digital solutions
Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps to deliver MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible

Gain a deep understanding and maximize the value proposition of digital projects and transformation programmers, systematically measuring, and ensuring a metrics-focused approach to measure objective realization and performance.

Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and domain SME's to ensure digital projects strike the right balance between driving business value, technology enablement and operations work in terms of scope, timeline and budget.

Work with the delivery team to ensure completed features and digital product implementation are in line with the user requirements.

Ensure vendor performance, actively balancing trade-offs between business needs with technical constraints, gaining consensus across stakeholders along the way
Manage digital projects to ensure successful delivery of various product launches
Prepare project management materials, collaborate with sponsors, team leaders and other key stakeholders to manage project plans, key milestones, status reports, deliverables, risks & issues
Create presentations and materials for executives and management teams which simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
Research and Provide insights into product, technology and market trends


Skills:
The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
Thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment
A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level
Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
5+ years experience as a Digital Project, Transformation or Product Manager
Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries
Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
