Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the shared services aligned with the company's objectives. Lead the transformation of HR operations to enhance service delivery and support organizational growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within HR shared services. Implement best practices and technologies to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership, including HR Director, business leaders, and employees, to understand their HR service needs and priorities. Build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives across all functions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all shared services activities. Implement robust controls and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain data confidentiality.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of HR shared services. Monitor performance against targets, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead change initiatives within HR shared services, including system implementations, process redesigns, and organizational restructuring. Build awareness, engagement, and buyin among stakeholders to drive successful change adoption.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the HR shared services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop talent, build capabilities, and ensure succession planning within the team.
- Manage and develop technology solutions to optimize operations, data security, and support strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and costeffectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, operational efficiency, and service quality improvements.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is Business Administration or HR related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in a leadership shared services or HR management role within the Kingdom.
- Deep understanding of shared services principles, processes, and technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- This role is only open to Saudi Nationals.
